Notice is hereby given that “Pursuant to S.C. Code Sections 4-9-1210 through 4-9-1230 and Folly Beach Code of Ordinances Section 31.52, notice is hereby given that a special election will be held in the City of Folly Beach, South Carolina on Tuesday, February 7th, 2023, to adopt or reject Ordinance 033-22, limiting the number of Investment Short Term Rental Licenses to Eight Hundred, proposed by initiative petition by Save Folly’s Future.
